Individual Therapy
"One-on-One" in-person or telehealth treatment for mental health related issues and to meet a client's personal therapy goals. The structure of individual therapy includes a) an initial intake and treatment planning session in which the client shares what brings them in to seek therapy and helps the provider understand what their needs and goals are for therapy; and b) weekly or bi-weekly sessions where client and therapist meet and actively work towards addressing these needs and goals. Individual therapy can be short-term or long-term spanning years of a clients life, and can be structured around a specific treatment modality or remain flexible to better suit a client's needs.
02.
Couples Therapy
Best described as "therapy for the relationship" where a couple's relationship is the client and focus of therapy centers around the health of a couple's relationship. A couple might seek this type of therapy when each member of the relationship feels they are stuck in a cycle of problematic communication, frequent relational conflicts, or seeking to better understand one another and enrich their relationship together. In couple's therapy, the therapist serves as an observer and mediator in an effort to help identify stuck patterns and help the couple better communicate and collaborate to meet each other's needs.
03.
In-Home Therapy
In-home therapy is individual therapy that is provided in a client's home. This type of therapy exists for when a client's therapeutic needs and goals cannot be achieved in a traditional office setting or over telehealth. For specific conditions like agoraphobia and hording disorder, where the problem might truly exist within or surrounding one's home, in-home therapy allows a client to receive treatment at the source of the problem.

I provide provide in-home therapy for those that suffer with agoraphobia, hording disorder, OCD, PTSD, school refusal, and have found the traditional office setting or telehealth services to be unsuccessful in helping work through these conditions or avoidant behaviors. I offer specialized exposure-based treatment to address these conditions at their source. This form of therapy is usually time limited and focused on meeting a concrete goal for the client, that would significantly improve their quality of life.
04.
On-Site Therapy
On-site therapy follows the same exact principles and rational as in-home therapy, with the only difference being the therapy is offered at a specific location as opposed to a client's home. On-site therapy is exceptionally useful for clients who find themselves experiencing significant distress in specific locations and in turn have begun to avoid these places as a means of coping. On-site therapy at these avoided or distressing situations, allows a person the opportunity to directly work through the negative thoughts and emotions that arise in these settings so that they can live life more fully.

I provide on-site exposure, mindfulness, and cognitive-based therapies for individuals needing this specific support and intervention. Similarly to in-home therapy, this form of therapy is time limited and targets the specific issues that arise in these settings in an effort to decrease emotional distress and improve one's ability to be in or operate in these settings. On-site therapy is for those who suffer extreme phobias or fears of flying or driving, blood, open spaces, contamination, vomiting, needles-injections, enclosed spaces, crowded events, and attending school (school refusal), as well as those who struggle with OCD and PTSD in specific settings.
